The game started well for the home side but all their early pressure went nowhere with Bees defensive line holding firm and they actually went in front with a Matthew Dight penalty.
The visitors now began to gain some control and fly half Mikey Thomas broke through and switched with flanker George Rees who cut a great line to go under the posts for a fine try. Dight converted. Two further scores were squandered when Rees again broke through only to put a foot in touch when over the line and then a marginal forward pass from centre Matthew Bentley to wing Tom Cooper, who saw his try disallowed.
The second half started with a Bees score when Bentley caught the ball from the kick off, broke clear and put flanker Matt Hind in for a try in the corner. The conversion was missed.
Kidderminster got their first score when their fly half found a rare gap in the Bees defence to race clear to score a converted try. However the visitors responded within minutes when Rees broke clear and his fellow back rower Hind was on hand to receive an off load, showing good pace to score under the posts. Dight added the extras.
At 22-7 the game was won and Bees went in search of fourth bonus point try but too often they kicked away possession instead of keeping the ball in hand and another turn over saw the home side score a converted try on the final whistle.
