Bees end season with a loss at Portway

With a healthy squad of 22 players available Bees were in positive mood, but having gone 17-0 down to a commited Walsall side after 25 minutes the home side started an amazing comeback to lead 19-17. However the visitors regained a 24 -19 lead only for Bees to draw level at 24 all after some inspiring play from the under 16 contingent who showed great promise for next years North Midlands Colts League campaign. However with the home side pushing for a final winning score poor concentration and some tired Bees legs allowed Walsall to capitalise and score two tries in the last 5 minutes.
