To start we want to send our thanks to last year's captain Joe Davies as he has moved up the RFU ladder to play at Old Halesonians for the upcoming season, we wish him the best as he takes this step up and look forward to seeing him back down at Portway when he can. #onceabeealwaysabee

For the 2025/26 season we have Adam Trombley taking over the role of Captain at Birmingham & Solihull RFC. He joined the first team after coming through the M&Js. He filled in as Captain a few times last season, with some great success. He now takes the role on full time, and wish him all the best.

Taking the shirt of vice-captain is Will Heath, who despite only linking up with the club last season has brought lots of enthusiasm and tries to the team as well as being a key voice in the changing room! His hard work has been rewarded with him taking on the vice captaincy for the 2025/26 season.
