WIth the new season almost upon us, this weekend sees the first of 2 pre-season games when the squad travel to Old Halesonians RFC (Saturday, 31st August, 1.30pm KO). The following weekend (Saturday, 7th September), the lads will be travelling the short journey down the M42 to visit Kings Norton RFC (3pm KO) before our Greater Birmingham Merit League campaign kicks off with a home fixture against Spartans (Midlands) RFC 3rd XV (Portway, 3pm KO)

Cameron Watson is to be the club captain for the season. Cam, a former captain of the Bees Colts, is currently a 4th year medical student at Birmingham Medical School after completing a degree in Pharmacology at the University of Newcastle.

Jeremy Smith, Membership Secretary, will be present on Saturday at Old Hales for any supporter who wishes to set the ball rolling with renewing their membership.
