Following their best performance of the season last weekend against Old Albanian RFC, Bees will be hoping for more of the same when they visit Constable's county to play Bury St Edmunds RUFC.

BSE sit 8th in the table on 61 points, having won 10, drawn 2, and lost 14 of the 26 games they have played. Interestingly, they have scored and conceded 608 points. BSE have accrued 17 bonus points, 11 try scoring and 6 losing ones. At home this season, they have won 4 and lost 9. Over the last 5 games, they have won 1 and lost 4. Last time out they lost narrowly (24-22) at Clifton.

Earlier in the season Bees put in a below par performance when losing 33-17 to BSE at Portway.

Bury St Edmunds RUFC started life in 1925, as Bury and West Suffolk Rugby Football Club.
In 2014/15, BSE won National League 3 London & South East and gained promotion to National League 2 South. This is their fourth season in National League 2 South, in 2017/18 they finished 8th on 77 points.

Please be aware that adjacent to BSE's first team pitch is a granite memorial in honour of the 18 club members and supporters who sadly lost their lives in the 1974 Paris air crash.

With regard to team news, Pete Glackin is again afforded the luxury of being able to select a very strong squad. The starting XV is unchanged from the Old Albanian game, and the replacements consist of JP Nel, Stewart Pearl, Matt Spink, Adam Nunney and Adam Clayton.
