We found someone with skinnier legs than PJ

Bright and dry conditions for the visit by Wolverhampton.
Wolverhampton start but the ball doesn't go 10. Bees secure possession from their scrum and go wide making progress up to the 22 before being held up. Wolverhampton secure ball from their scrum and make their way back to the Bees 22 before Bees offend. Wolverhampton run from the penalty but are turned over and Bees clear to near halfway. bees secure possession from the lineout but are again held up in a maul just past the 10m line. Wolverhampton secure ball from their scrum recycling successfully in midfield before knocking on. A pick up at 8 from the Bees scrum makes initial yards before Wolverhampton go in at the side. Bees run the resulting penalty with Corry breaking through the defence to score on 10 minutes.
Wolverhampton restart and a knock on is picked up to give a penalty for offside. Worcester run, recycle well before their 10 skips through to score and the convert for 5-7 on 12 minutes.
Bees restart and three consecutive penalties in this period keeps the play firmly between the 22's. Bees breaking the deadlock attacking wide before advantage from a Wolverhampton knock on is converted with a great running line seeing Harry go over. Ben converts for 12-7 on 21 minutes.

A strong break from Tom J seeing Bees near the 22 and some quick ball wide out to PJ seeing him go over in the corner. Bees restart and the game follows the pattern from the end of the first half with Bees winning the territory battle and playing most of the game in the Wolverhampton half. Bees secured the next score following a scrum from a not straight lineout making ground to the 22 recycling and some quick ball out wide for Tom J to go over. on 43 minutes for 24-12.
Bees were starting to dominate now with fewer half breaks from Wolverhampton being made although they were starting to make more progress into Bees territory. Some concerted pressure in the Wolverhampton 22 stopped with a Bees knock on and good ground from the clearing kick but a quick run return sent out wide sees Nathan go over with that smile that still needs some work from the dentist.29-12 54 minutes in.
Bees again on the score sheet 3 minutes later with Bees attacking wide again for Calum to go over for 36-12.
Bees weren't done yet with a further score from Harry (converted) and a final score from Aggie in a very frenetic last 10 minutes to take the final tally to 48-12.
A reasonable game to watch and from a Bees perspective the second half close out was good to see. Some greater parity up front and some sporadic speed in attack that had been missing recently - but still plenty to work on. Tackle bags might get a dusting off.
So back with a W on the results page and hopefully the start of some greater consistency going into the second half of the league fixtures. There are some tough games ahead.
