Colts up to 4th in NM league
Comfortable win against local rivals
For the first time this season the colts put out a full squad of 22 players at Sils! A fairly even opening saw plenty of endeavor from both sides but little in the way of scoring opportunities. In fact it took until the 25th minute for the first Bees try when flanker Charlie Roberts crashed through a number of tackles to break free and go under the posts. Oli Russell added the extras. Within 2 minutes the visitors scored again as hooker George Radburn entered the line to feed wing Harry Garratt to score out wide. With Bees in total control now two further tries followed for scrum half Josh Jones and other flanker Jacob Lisle. Russell converted the final try of the first half.
Within minutes of the restart wing Ross McGee raced clear for a try. The conversion was pushed just wide by Josh Hunt. With the visiting forwards dominating possession their backs were able to cut loose with a further try from centre Owen Walker, converted by Hunt. The home side then got on the score sheet with an unconverted try of their own but Bees had the final say when other winger Joe Cave crossed for a try, converted by Russell.
