The hooker stretched an arm over the line to secure his side's third try of the game five minutes from time, Adam Canning kicking the conversion to wrap up the win.

The Yorkshire visitors had plenty of the ball in the closing minutes but could find no way through the solid Bees defence.

It was the boot of Mark Ireland that steered Otley into an early lead, his three penalties to a solitary Canning effort handing them a 9-3 lead after 30 minutes.

But two tries just before the break had the Bees in control. Matthew Spink dived over for the first after the forwards had edged ever closer to the line before back row Rob Connolly rolled over the line from close in. Canning kicked each of the conversions.

Otley came back strongly after the break and Ireland ran in his side's second try of the game inside two minutes. Back row Stephen Costello then added another on the hour after a period of pressure. With Ireland's kicking a match for Canning, the visitors were good value for their 21-17 lead.

But Radburn had other ideas and his converted try late on ensured the points stayed at Portway.
