BEES CONFIRM DEPARTURES OF DENBEE AND GRIFFITHS

Birmingham & Solihull Rugby Club has confirmed the departures of Mike Denbee and Adrian Griffiths at the end of the season.

Flanker Mike Denbee will be moving south to join London Welsh with second row forward Adrian Giffiths moving to Rotherham Titans.

“Mike and Adrian have both been great additions to our side this year and have made great contributions to the Club. We are always disappointed when talent moves on, but we wish them well when they move to pastures new next season” said Bees Director of Rugby Russell Earnshaw.

Both players remain available for selection for the Bees’ last two Championship Relegation Playoff fixtures, although Mike Denbee has been sidelined by an injury for the past four weeks.
