LEJOG - job done!

4 months ago By Richard Smith

Length of country bike challenge completed, raising funds for the club

Congratulations to Dai, Ben, Phil and “Spuff” who this afternoon safely arrived at John O’Groats, having successfully completed the 1,030 mile journey from Land’s End in Cornwall.

Their epic LEJOG4THEBOG challenge has taken 14 days to complete, 13 of which has been spent in the saddle. They have been nursed along throughout the long journey by their support team Jackie, Andrew and Buster (the dog), with fellow rider Mark also riding the first 6 stages.

Fantastic effort chaps and enjoy the celebrations this evening! We look forward to hearing the full story on your return.
