Information for Qualifying Members

The following note was sent out by email today to all current member of Birmingham & Solihull Rugby Football Club, eligible to enter the club’s ballot for International tickets.

The Club has received a very modest allocation of tickets from the RFU for three upcoming England Internationals at Twickenham.

Qualifying members (see 2018/19 Membership Categories & Benefits) can apply via a ballot for a limited number of tickets - details as below (available ticket prices for each game in brackets): -

Autumn International Series 2018
England v South Africa - Saturday 3rd November 2018, KO 3pm (£100/£80/£72)
England v New Zealand – Saturday 10th November 2018, KO 3pm (£115/£95)
England v Australia – Saturday 24th November 2018, KO 3pm (£72)

Six Nations 2019
England v France – Sunday 10th February, KO 3pm (£100/£82)
England v Scotland– Saturday 16th March, KO 5pm (£82)

A ballot – which is open only to qualifying members – will take place on Friday 12th October for all five games.

Should you wish to apply for any tickets (allocations will be made in pairs with a maximum of 2 tickets per member) please email me at richard@nccreativegroup.com no later than midnight Wednesday 10th October with your preferences (which game and which price bracket).

Those who are successful in the ballot will be informed by Monday 15th October with full payment due to the club by close of business Tuesday 23rd October.

Please note an administration fee of £2 per ticket will be levied by the club. Any tickets which have been allocated but not paid for in full by that date will be re-assigned.

As ever with these things, demand outstrips supply and participation in the ballot is no guarantee of an allocation of tickets.

Please be reminded that the RFU require all clubs to adhere to a strict set of guidelines regarding the supply and control of England tickets. This policy will protect the club against sanction in the future. As such, tickets must not be resold in any circumstance.

Kind regards
Richard Smith
