The club, who secured promotion to National League 2 South after a championship-winning season in the Midlands Premier Division, currently run two senior sides – the Bees (first team) and the Hornets (second team).

Reporting to and working closely alongside Head of Rugby Pete Glackin, the club is looking to recruit Team Manager & Lead Coach for the Hornets squad.

The Hornets will continue to be the cornerstone for development and provide a clear pathway to the Bees first team squad in National League 2 South for talented players at Birmingham & Solihull Rugby Club. A full fixture list includes the Merit Reserve team league and floodlight fixtures will be in place to support a clear platform for the 2018-19 season.

In addition, the club is also looking to fill roles in the area of Sports Therapy and Sports Massage, again to support the Hornets side. These are particularly suitable for individuals seeking work experience in a professionally run sporting environment.
