Due to recent pressure on the fixture schedule, the Club Dinner & Awards Evening will now take place on Friday 18th May. This special event will be held at the clubhouse at Portway (suitably extended for the evening) and everyone in the club is invited.

Details and precise timings are currently being finalised, but pre-dinner drinks will be followed by a sit-down dinner, an awards presentation, hopefully a speaker, a raffle, a band on afterwards and a late bar. We are also currently looking at the feasibility of laying on a coach transfer to and from Solihull town centre at the start and end of the evening, possibly extending this to Coventry if there is sufficient demand.

Tickets are priced at £30 per head, reduced to £20 a head for Junior players (U18s and below) and we are planning on filling tables of 10.

To make your booking, please email our Club Administrator Sarah Gaffney (sarah.gaffney@beesrugby.com ) stating the number of tickets that you would like, whether you have any special dietary requirements and whether you would be interested in a coach transfer (Solihull or Coventry town centres).

Payment can be made by BACS (Sort Code 40-42-12, Account No.72143348), by cheque (Birmingham & Solihull Rugby Club Limited) or by debit card at the club (please note cardholder must be present).

It promises to be a great night for the whole club, so I very much hope that you can come along and be a part of it.
