With the date set and our special guest speaker locked in, we could do with the help of 4 (at a minimum) volunteers to assist Sarah Gaffney in planning the arrangements for May 17th.

Volunteers would be required only to attend a couple of planning meetings and to pick up some aspect of delivery of the event - be it selling tickets, organising the room decorations, managing the awards and the running order for the evening etc.

If you have some skills to offer and a little bit of time, your help would be greatly appreciated. Many hands make light work! Please email Sarah Gaffney (sarah.gaffney@beesrugby.com ) before Thursday 14th March.

Last year was a great evening and we want to make this year's event even bigger, even better and even more fun! Help and support from all parts of our club most welcome!
