As previously advised, the inaugural general meeting (IGM) of B&S RFC Ltd, will take place on Sunday, 9 December at 2pm at Portway.

MEETING CONDUCT ETC

• Target length of meeting: 60 min max.
• Members to sign an attendance register on arrival.
• Bar open before, throughout & a short time after the meeting.

- Brief re-cap on reason for founding of B&S RFC Ltd.

- The proposed articles of association are attached in draft form. They will be finalised after
the IGM has concluded.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

- A copy of the current rules is attached.

7. ELECTION OF BOARD

Candidates for director posts (namely Chair, President, Treasurer, Club Secretary, Head of Senior Rugby, Head of Age Grade Rugby, Head of Operations):

• may put themselves forward at the meeting as well as prior.
• will give a very brief introduction to themselves or, if not present at the meeting, I will do this based on information already provided to me.
