The LEJOG4THEBOG challenge enters its third day today (Friday 23rd June), after the second leg – St Columb Major to Crediton - was successfully completed.

At 78 miles, today’s leg – from Crediton to Yatton, just to the south west of Bristol, is of a similar distance to yesterday’s 81 mile shift.

As an army marches on its stomach, Andrew Lockington has taken on the role of Director of Nutrition, aka chief cook and bottle washer.
