First of four friendlies as Bees step up pre-season preparations

Birmingham & Solihull Rugby Club travel to Rugby Lions this Saturday (5th August, KO 3pm) for the first of four pre-season friendly fixtures in August.

The squad has already had a busy July, with a comprehensive programme of fitness and training which has included taking part in three Sevens tournaments.

With August now upon us, attention now switches fully to the 15 a side format, with four fixtures (Rugby Lions, Dings Crusaders, Sutton Coldfield and Luctonians) lined up on successive weekends ahead of the start of the league season on the 2nd September.

Supporters are also reminded, with the new season rapidly approaching, to get their season ticket and 200 Club forms returned as soon as possible (copies of both are available for download at ).
