JERSEY
TRIP FOR PERTEMPS BEES (June 27 2007)
Pertemps
Bees will prepare for the new National One season with a training camp in Jersey
in August.
The new coaching team of Ben Harvey and Russell Earnshaw will have the chace to
spend four days with the squad in the Channel Islands from August 16 to 20.
The trip has been arranged as the result of coaching sessions that Harvey and
former head coach Steve Williams did in Jersey midway through last season which
went down with the rugby authorities on the island.
Pertemps Bees will play Jersey on Sunday August 19.
Pertemps Bees have also confirmed that they will play Welsh Premiership club Llanelli
at Sharmans Cross Road on Saturday August 25 (2.30pm) in their final pre-season
friendly before the National One season begins on September 1.
The first pre-season game is against Cardiff, another Welsh Premiership club,
at the Arms Park on August 11.
