After a very successful season last year we are all hard at work aiming to produce more exciting matches for you to enjoy this year. It's been an eventful pre-season both on and off the pitch and we're all looking forward to getting stuck into the new season.

The guys all love training but the least favourite part for all of them is definitely having to spend a lot of time with Chris Kemp and myself if they get injured. The challenge for us both is to get them back training and fit for selection as soon as possible and I know we both relish this task.

I'll be updating these pages each week with information regarding our long-term injured players only as knocks and bumps would provide far too long a list due to the collision nature of rugby so keep checking back to see how everything's going!

So here's to a long and successful season and I'll see you all from the side of the pitch!
